1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Note: If an item is marked as final sale or is otherwise not eligible for return, it cannot be refunded.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
Contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@lunaverdei.com, providing your order details and the reason for return.
Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
Please make sure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria (this may include a photo verification), your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@lunaverdei.com.
5. Exclusions
Items that are personalized or customized are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.
6. Undelivered Packages & Order Withdrawal
If you want to cancel your order before it is delivered, you must first accept the delivery and then return it to us.
We do not offer refunds for packages that are refused at the door or not collected at a pick-up point.
If a package is delivered to a pick-up location and is not picked up, we will deduct a €10 administration fee.
If you regret your purchase, please pick up the package first and then follow our return process. This avoids it being marked as "not picked up".
