Yes — Luna Verdei ships to over 65 countries worldwide, and we offer free shipping on every order. If your country appears as an option at checkout, we can deliver to you. All orders include tracking so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days, depending on your location. Our processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can check its status at any time.

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked. We don’t charge a return fee, but you’ll need to cover the cost of the return label. Simply contact our support team before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

Our clothing follows standard sizing, and most pieces have a Luna Verdei size chart.

• Clothing – For a more relaxed fit, consider going up one size.
• Shoes – True to size. For loafers, which don’t have laces, choose a snug fit or go up 0.5 size if you wear half sizes. Always check the foot length in cm/inches on our size chart for the most accurate fit.
